https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5f5A4DnGtisso basically she tries to make an epic statement about ~smartphone culture~ and the supposed narcissistic generation it's raising. i don't really feel like summarizing the entire video but basically it ends with a girl smiling as she's electrocuted to death and bleeds emojis (subtle!) while a crowd forms and someone takes a video of it and tags it "#LMFAO tite". i guess the message we're supposed to take is some kind of brave new world-esque warning about "pleasuring" ourselves to death. it comes off as condescending, hypocritical, and banal
mocking the culture doesn't mean anything if you're knee-deep in it. maybe instead of making fun of what teens do in their own time you could actually make a meaningful statement about... anything? (oh and surprise surprise, eric wareheim directed the video - because we all need more plastic adult swim irony in our lives)

It sounds like you're reviewing the video more than the song. The song lyrics are basically about her and some friends going to a party and acting "outrageous" like they were famous. You can tell because she basically repeats it a nauseating number of times. I don't think the song is anything more than something to dance to. The director is probably the one responsible for any message in the video.
