I saw this. It is disappointing. What do you think? Will you stop drinking cheap wine? I actually think I will not stop. I would rather die happy than live miserable.

What gets me is they say "TWICE AS MUCH ARSENIC AS THE DRINKING WATER LIMIT!!". So let's say you have tap water at the EPA limit for arsenic. You drink a 1500mL of water and it's officially safe. And let's assume also that you got a bottle of Two Buck Chuck™ which has 2x the arsenic limit. You get as much arsenic in the 750mL bottle as you do in the 1500mL of legally certified Safe Drinking Water™. The same additional arsenic of drinking three good sized glasses of water. It seems like scaremongering click bait to me. If it was like 20x or 200x I'd be worried but 2x doesn't bother me much. I mean, no one bathes in wine or drinks it exclusively.

The reason, btw is the WIne MAfia a while back made up a "special batch" of cheap wine to serve during a "friendly chat" with a business associate who "just happened" to fall gravely ill and develop a hole in his lung the next week. They just were sloppy about cleaning up in the wine factory afterward.
