Lately a lot of my anxiety had been tied into my cat
So I lose a lot of sleep and worry a lot thinking my cat is sick Or hurt for no real/good reason
I don't want to get into depth but you can imagine how I feel when my cat actually gets hurt or sick right
Anyway, my cat has a little scab on her face, by her whiskers, like an inch below her eye
Is this just a normal rough and tumble cat thing that happens to all cats? little scab here and there? Could it be a pimple? A parasite? Flea bite? I saw it first like 4 days ago and it was starting to get better but today it was bleeding a tiny bit like the scab got torn off. it doesn't seem to bother her when I look or touch it. oh god

Please do not tie anything to your cat.

Is your cat indoor/outdoor or does she stay inside? Does she tussle with other cats? Is she spayed? Has she been vaccinated? Have you noticed fleas on her while petting/playing with her? (If you don't pet/play with her enough to notice, then please take steps to fuzzle your cat more often and play with her at least once a day.)
If it's not bothering her, it's probably nothing. Could be from flea bites. Could be from a scratch while fighting/courting male cats. (cat mating and cat fighting look pretty similar) Cats heal up pretty fast. If it's a scab she keeps scratching at and keeping from healing, then the dreaded cone of doom may be necessary. Most serious cat diseases (FIV, Parvo, Kidney disease) have symptoms that include obvious things like vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, and excessive discharge around the eyes. (cats don't have massive sinus cavities like we do so their mucus crusts up their eyes when they get sick) Feline leukemia does list skin lesions among it's numerous symptoms. (along with diarrhea, loss of appetite, uneven pupils, and litter box avoidance) So if your cat hasn't been vaccinated for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) then maybe get a vet to check her out.
While I'm inclined to say it's probably nothing, IANAV. I'm just a cat person. If you are worried take your cat to a vet.

I do a bunch of passes with a flea comb every day and she likes it better than the brush. We had a bad flea problem here last year and like everyone in town got them so I've been extra vigilant. she gets treated with advantage but last week i found just one on her, tho, none since
Also she never has any real symptoms. Healthy appetite, playful, nice firm stool. sweet as can be. IT makes me feel so crazy that I worry this much while she's fine and everyone knows it but me. Sometimes when she's purring I think shit like 'is she purring too loudly does this mean she's sick" and she's here lying on her back I swear she is the happiest cat
I am not getting another pet ever again after this one

It sounds like you take great care of her! She's probably fine. Again, if it's just a scab she keeps knocking off, then you may need the cone of doom. I wouldn't fret. But again, I'm not a vet. If you are worried, then your local vet (if she's getting Advantage™ then you have a vet you see) should have a look. Also, please fuzzle your cat at least once for me. Give her ear skritchies or tail scratches or whatever she enjoys the most.

From the sounds of it your cat is being a perfectly normal cat. Just keep an eye on her, and pride yourself in caring that much. You're a good pet owner. If you do really worry then it's never a bad idea to see/call your vet.
