This garden is patrolled by about 5 cats, all neutered or spayed.

It's comfortable. The rooms are not enormous but they are comfortably proportioned and the finished garden-level basement has pretty good soundproofing. Much of the house is still a work in progress.
Fun! My summers are not hot enough or long enough for melons.
If you’re in the USA, it’s possibly too early for cantaloupes. Do some web searches for your USDA Hardiness Zone and then also search for how to grow cantaloupe. They should do just fine with transplanting but I am not sure how well they do when grown in pots.

Oh nice, glad to see you settled down. I have access to a nice chunk of gardening land, so I built a mini glass house/box to kick start seeds growth before it gets nice enough weather wise to move them to the land. I probably won't be here long enough too eat any of it, but the lady whose land I'm allowed to use will be more than happy with nice vegetables.

It currently contains some fava beans and we just planted French beans and peas. Lettuce will go in the ground soonish.
We have blueberry bushes that are starting to flower and the raspberry canes have woken up from their slumber.
We’re likely to do a bunch of tomatoes and peppers again this year.
@538,609 (DasSheeple)
Awesome! We have old windows stacked up waiting for enough free time to build cold frames. We’re also reviewing options for pre-fab greenhouses.

I've been trying to grow a new top on my dwarf coffee plant. It wasn't terribly healthy last year.

I overwintered a tabasco pepper plant indoors under a grow lamp. It is putting on new growth in response to fertilizer.

I've been focusing on my bonsai trees this year because we are not doing vegetables from seed. Here's one of my Mugo pines that is putting on new growth.

Tomatoes.
This year we are trying a bunch of roma tomatoes to see how they do:

Nice to see.. I came home a week ago, been away in Poland/Germany for 20ish days... everything survived and looks good, moved paprika to its own pots. Will post pics tomorrow.

Damn that looks neat... I had a shitload of cherry tomatoes, gave them away to homeless people, I couldn't eat them all.
I also cooked and made tomato concentrate out of my normal tomatoes... they were on steroids this year, I bottled it up and I think I'll give it also away to homeless folks cause I won't be moving it in a month when I leave this country...
Other than that, paprika was poor, spinnach mediocre...

Looks good... I did the same, and gave it to the homeless kitchen. Couldn't carry 20 jars of tomato gravy with me.
Gardening over for me until I settle somewhere with some land again...
