Pepsi. It has a lighter, cleaner, more citrusy taste and it's sweeter and less bitter than Coke. I quit drinking fizzy drinks a few years ago and only average about 5-6 cans a year of either. Perhaps that's why I've been able to get with no dentistry for so long?
Also not really. I will if I have a major dental problem, though. I'm considering purchase of a tooth polisher to do my own deep cleaning.
