No, he would have looked like Palestinians today (assuming he existed). However, representations of him are frequently adapted to the local ethnicity so in Africa, he looks black, in Europe, he looks white, etc.After he died (again, assuming for the sake of argument that he existed) he would have gone to heaven and transcended the concept of race.

Contrary to what modern "intellectuals" say though, not all palestinians are brown skinned stereotypically arabic looking. It's not unheard of palestinians looking "white", with light hair and/or eyes, and even less rare is them having a mediterranean look like of a greek. Palestine is on the Mediterranean contact zone, and they are not of pure arabic stock. The same applies to Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, etc.
What I'm trying to say is, the white Christ representation is not as unlikely as some people would like you to believe. It was a whole lot more probable than him being black for that matter.
Chances are he looked like the average palestinian man, anyway. But in the end, it doesn't really matters, it's all pure speculation, and each culture makes him into their own, like @538,151 (B) said.
