Every hour, on the hour.

Having to continuously wake up to make another bowl of oatmeal makes sleep a challenge, but the health benefits are completely worth it.

By comparison to Oat Bran, Oat meal is a poor substitute. AND Oat Bran does not get lumpy.

That was not a serious appraisal of oatmeal's health benefits, Syntax.

Ouch. So many brans and so little time.
Quick look cause its a bran I no nada about - Numbers do look good but wood take some work to do a proper compare to Oat bran.

Soy also has a lot of not so much so good stuff in it and the web is loaded with warnings. However for sure I will look into Soya bran.

It has 70g of fibre per 100g.

Yea buttttttt.
Not all fibers are equal ie soluble vs insoluble. Web is so loaded with articles that warn people against eating a long list of Soy products - Including Scientific American

But for a quick look at - look at this - Bugs me because at Sushi bars I eat a lot of Edamame beans.
