A little wine ain't going to mess you up but betting it won't make you feel any better.
You also need your immune system to work at max and a little wine ain't going to hurt that but to much WILL

Do you have the flu? Probably no. You need to heal. If you drink, then a little red wine in moderation is probably fine. But drinking isn't helping your immune system if you are already infected. (Although it may ease the pain for a while...)

Do you not have the flu? Meh. Why not. Just don't go nuts with it.
