I can't at the moment, I haven't really drank in a few weeks. December and January were months of unrestrained hedonism for me. I drank several bottles of whiskey and god knows how much wine in December, and a bunch in January too. I guess the turning point for me was when I made the "Is heavy drinking on weekends bad?" thread. A while after that I cleaned my room and took out a full trashbag of empty liquor bottles and enough Franzia boxes to make a decent fort. I was cleaning it all up and adding it up in my mind going "$12+$12+$20+$14..." and realized I had (quite literally) pissed away a fortune. In addition, I was unhealthy. At the beginning of this month I was 285lbs and my blood pressure was 160/95. So at the beginning of February I set myself on a strict regimen of two 750mL bottles of Christian Brothers brandy a month and worked my way up to doing 1,200 calories a day on my Nordic Track™ elliptical. I'm losing weight at a desperate pace. I've dropped 15 pounds in 28 days and my legs and thighs are now rock hard. My stomach is wrinkly and shriveled looking and loose skinned now. The veins on my arms are much larger now and I feel about 100x more aggressive and ambitious. My circulation has improved and, cosmetically, I've taken about 3 years off my facial aging.
The sad news is, I think I've increased my testosterone level which is good in many ways but my hair loss has accelerated and I'm getting a bit of acne. So I bought some Walmart Equate™ brand 5% minoxidil solution and will report on that in a few months.
