I'm going drinking with my sorta boyfriend type deal on Thursday night, (Thursty Thursday and all), and I'm promising to not get drunk. Getting drunk is a waste of time. You forget everything, wake up puking (well, I only have done that when I've had one too many screwdrivers), and completely lose your sense of self and act slutty. But tipsy? When you're tipsy you're euphoric, slowed down, and just disinhibited enough to act perfectly as you were meant to before you slowed down your mind with neuroticness.

I'm high right now, so I'm not sure if I'l actually stick to this plan, but I WILL NOT GET DRUNK. I love the feeling, when your high, of your eyelids tingling and wanting to fall asleep you're so keyed.

Have you ever gotten outright balls drunk before? Where you completely lose control over everything, have the spins so bad you feel like you're in outer space, and barely even can stand straight and keep conscious? It's not fun times. Being tipsy is much better.

Though I will admit that toeing that line between "tipsy" and "flat out drunk" is probably the best place to be.

I almost never drink, so I don't have a great grasp of how much will fuck me up. I was watching Cirque Du Solei and got dizzy, and began vomiting up cheese and salami. My friends cat smelled it, and wouldn't leave, so I accidently vomited all over her. This happened like 7 years ago.
