Ever had an oyster shooter? Raw oyster in a shot glass with tomato juice, vodka, lemon, and hot sauce. It's like a bloody Mary shot with a raw oyster in it.

I haven't tried it, but my brother had foie gras and said it's overrated. He couldn't tell much of a difference between it and chicken liver, other than the price. I made a pate with chicken liver once and everyone assumed it was goose liver.
