EXT4 is fast as fuck and won't requires as much defragmentation as NTFS.

That's because it defrags automatically every week (That wouldn't be necessary with EXT4, but it doesnt matter much), and I really wouldn't mind UNIX file perms on windows. Not gonna happen, though.
