It is kina poetic justice. One I do NOT recommend anyone microwave anything like Cell phones - The toxic vapors include metals and other chemicals that are not good for your health - And inside the chamber you end up with stuff not even visible on the walls that later when you are doing food - can become vapor and deposit on food resulting in you eating chemicals you really do not want in your body
The poetic justice has more to do with the Microwave using almost the same frequencies cell phones receive and transmit on - In several cases virtually the exact frequencies (wi fi)
And in the less expensive Microwave models - Microwaving metal objects can be hazardous to the long term health of the oven
