So... "Chuggers" are those people who approach you in the street and ask you to donate to charity? My opinion is that they are annoying. There are always a few of them in the city that my uni is in.
Though recently, outside of the train station I go to uni from, there have been reverse-chuggers. They were handing out food and drinks to people walking past them, like brownies or drinks. I have no clue why they would be doing this, and can only suspect that the packaging had implorations to donate to something on them.

Some Fanta people were giving out free Fantas once. It was summer and I must have walked by them wearing different hats for more free Fantas.
