It does seem to stem mostly from Muslim communities, and unfortunately the cities with the largest Jewish communities in the UK (London, Manchester) are also places with a high immigrant population. You do also find rabidly anti-Israel/anti-Zionist lefty types who are incapable of separating their beliefs from anti-Semitism, but I think they're the minority.
It's pretty depressing, and unfortunately I don't think it's going to get any better any time soon.

To add to this: I think it's the same case for every European country that's seen recent Muslim/Arab immigration. Germany, Italy, Spain -- anywhere. Even France, with its history of domestic anti-Semitism is increasingly an unfriendly place for Jews, who have been fleeing to the UK and Israel in droves.

It was NOT Israel that coined the phrase JEWISH STATE
It was the British commission that was in charge way back in 1937 that was in charge of figuring out how to set up Palestine and They drew up a map with Jewish State and Arab State
Bottom line is the British commissions recommends were accepted for the Jewish State but the Arab State part was rejected.
Amazing how map makers could have made this all work from the getgo - Of course one can put a lot of blame on the Ottoman Empire for its rape and pillage of the area prior and then all the Conqueror hero's that go back to antiquity.
