I am sorry to read your neighbors forbid there children to be around you. Perhaps if you chop off your nut sack, that may fix you up.

I live in the same apt complex he does. I know all his bullshit. And as he said above, "All my neighbors kids are grown", is a crock of shit. There are kids ranging from one to 12 here. And all the people here question about him, nobody will let their kids near him. He is a strange dude. He stands outside and talks to himself. He stares at the kids when they are outside playing. Wouldn't it worry you?
