Both choices are probably sound in this regard. I doubt IS/ISIS/ISIL/StupidPrinceSymbolTheyHaveChangedTheirNameToThisWeek will give a fig about paying the US government anything, and Heaven's Gate will probably just want you on the nearest comet. Comet Lovejoy is swinging around right now, so put on some Nikes, grab a roll of quarters (The comet driver doesn't make change!), and pick out a nice vodka to wash down the phenobarbital-laced apple sauce.
