I use AndChat, it can also do SASL. Add the server and look under authentication options.

I've looked at the description of AndroIRC (

Yeah, I got that PM a while ago. I wish I hadn't.
The real IRC is decadent as fuck. Don't accept the invite unless you're ready to see some extreme stuff.
