Does a full blue background on a business card look amateurish and cheesy? Are only white cards taken seriously?

Is that just a colour? What colour is it? Is this eggshell?

Does it have a hex value, or is it more of a texture / pattern? Either way, I would like to see a Minichan eggshell CSS option.

You need to buy the paper that color, don't ink any background color on. I keep my business cards simple, I'd show you one of mine if I were home. For now, it'll have to wait.
