Coffee, and some Vegemite/Marmite dissolved in some hot water. I think alcohol washes out all the B vitamins from the blood, because taking B vitamins makes me feel a lot better.

It does deplete the body of b vitamins like a motherfucker- green does mention marmite so he has that shit down but dude coffee... don't you get anxiety during hangovers cause I do (except last time I drank I took pregabalin before I went to sleep and woke up with no hangover - just saying to wind up green more than anything as hes likely sick to death of me recommending it, works though) but coffee would make me a nervous wreck if hung over... coke helps a little, I mean coca cola not cocaine

Fruit juice, some meat, and some Ibuprofen.

Some rhodiola might help just don't get it from Holland and barret. I'm thinking taurine might help for reasons I cant be assed to type. Not drinking helps... I mean I do NOT miss hangovers

Agree about the cola.

Also liver & bacon.

Paul Gascoigne goes further by eating raw liver, I think he got sectioned for this the poor chap.

It is very important, that's why.

I like to drink milk before alcohol, others like bread. I try to drink water before passing out.

if you drank water before you started drinking you wouldn't have a hangover, did you read any of my post?

This man knows what's up. Every time I drink heavily in the city, I go for a kebab and drink water the whole way home. Haven't had a hangover in a few years. I'm just glad I can make myself drink water even if I'm shitfaced to the point I don't remember drinking it next morning...

But what about beforehand?

@previous (N)
Doesn't matter if before or after... it's just important you don't dehydrate yourself.

Actually, a hangover is caused by two things. The first is dehydration, yes. But the second is the body's inflammatory response. That is why a couple of Ibuprofen before bedtime, plus drinking water, will prevent most hangovers.
