concern trolling is stupidly easy. when you express concern about something people read that and think, "if someone is concerned then it must be a problem," and then when someone gets defensive and says, "that's not a problem, don't be concerned," it makes them look defensive and that raises suspicion. "is it really NOT a problem? how do we really know?"
and it is easier to claim there is concern than it is to prove there is no reason to BE concerned. so once a "concern" is out there it kinda stays out there.
