I hate to sound like Fattass Miller here, but I happily go Monday through Friday without touching a drop, I don't even think about alcohol during the workweek. But on Friday, after work I go to the liquor store and buy a liter of whiskey and drink it all by myself over Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday afternoon.

I guess if you divide it out it equals 1000mL/3= 333mL per day which is about six shots per day over the weekend. Drinking six drinks a day three days a week can't be that bad, right? It averages out to 2.6 drinks a day for the whole week which is considered good.

Six drinks in one day is technically binge drinking, which is strongly correlated with significant risks to your physical and emotional health and safety.

Averaging it out to a week doesn't count—your body (and organs) still feel the impact of the binge.

Forget the health aspects and implications of alcoholism. Is this what you want from life? I get it, drinking is fun! When you're drunk nothing is boring. Being drunk is life on easy mode. But in 5 years, or 10 years, you just might wish you had all those nights back to actually do something besides sitting around getting plastered. You can't have that time back though, it's fucking gone. Forever.

Be sober and enjoy life, being a drunk/alcoholic is like covering a good steak in ketchup. But if we're just talking a few shots each night on the weekends, then there's really nothing to discuss. Nothing wrong with winding down the day with a little alcohol before bed. It's when your whole day revolves around getting drunk, or planning to get drunk that your drinking has gone too far. Then again that's just my opinion, if people wanna drink themselves to death that's fine by me. I'm certainly biased though, I spent most of my life high or drunk.

I am in from 2 days in a row of incredible Surf conditions - And the first 45mins were more difficult for me because of to much Sake the nite b4 - Clearing my head and keeping my balance with the most perfect of waves one could ask for and those 45 minutes I will never get back - The next 5 hours however were totally sober yet still blew it out when wood have done more better if not for the nite b4

Blowing a weekend getting drunk - Kansas said it far more better then I could

Liver? Far more to body damage from binge drinking - Does major damage to arteries - One ends up with blood pressure problems and diabetes and for males boners not going to work so well as result of arterial problems - I pay attention to this NOT because of excessive alcohol - Genetic 2much Cholesterol keeps me reading up on this so I can avoid the surgery rest of males in my family have done and those nasty drugs one has to use rest of life to have a decent life.

So Kansas when are you going to take your own advice? Sounds like ur 2 intelligent to be wasting it

I have said this b4. Lost one of my best friends to his abuse of Alcohol. Ken was one hell of a guy. Drunk/Sober he remained a super nice guy. 11 Wives and all with his children. Kept Ken having to come up with new business deals to support all that. He is the one that got me to buy a chunk of an Island which I cannot sell because of French laws and French family squabbles -

Can anyone imagine being married 11 times - Great gals - New 9 or 10 of them and the kids. Each wife ended up still in love with him.

You might want to research that because every year there is more evidence that if you do not ABUSE coffee - there appears to be a world of health benefits

Its the same for Alcohol. For those not disposed to its addiction - Just the rite amount of alcohol helps keep the Cholesterol in check - To much and it has a horrid effect.

Me I wood rather not see the Meth in your handle. Its a major issue just East of me where mass quantities are produced - Friends who's mates have destroyed lives as result of Meth
