You can't help anyway, because there is literally nothing anyone other than the site operator that can do anything about this. Stop being a creepy fuck.

The site likely has a shitty mail system. Either they have a lot of mail to send, and your message is put on a queue and it takes some time to be processed. Or they have some other setup that is sucky in a way which delays it, such as slow servers.

That said, mail is hard. Even harder if you don't want to be tagged as spam.
