Any of them relevant? There is about a 90% certainty that OP is American, so the only laws that I see being relevant here are the American and the French ones. I'm not an expert on either, but I'm reasonably sure that they allow free speech and insults are not illegal.

Don't care about the Sharia system, they can do what they want over there but they lose any rights to respect in other countries when they start aggression/killing people. No matter that, though. The most important point is that insults are not illegal in France (or other civilized countries) so Sharia law is utterly irrelevant.

I do find the whole Je suis Charlie thing a tad hypocritical.
Notorious French comedian Dieudonné M’bala M’bala has been arrested for being an “apologist for terrorism” after suggesting on Facebook that he sympathised with one of the Paris gunmen, a judicial source has said.
Prosecutors had opened the case against him on Monday after he wrote “Tonight, as far as I’m concerned, I feel like Charlie Coulibaly” – mixing the slogan “Je suis Charlie”, used in tribute to the journalists killed at magazine Charlie Hebdo, with a reference to gunman Amédy Coulibaly. Dieudonné was arrested on Wednesday.
So sure, go as far as you want doing things calculated to cause the greatest possible offense to Muslims, but even sort of vaguely obliquely kinda-sorta hint at anything anti-Semitic and you face up to seven years in prison.
I think the terrorist attacks in Paris were abhorrent and I don't advocate or sympathize with Islamaphobia or Antisemitism, but if France is going to have free speech, they need to be consistent about it.
