They can't carry that as a civilian. Can you imagine jewish pranksters in Israel letting lose The Skunk on jewish neighborhoods? You know young guys would. Tour of duty if two years and they're 20 so...

Also the Ultra Orthodox faction in Israel is exempt from taxes and military service. They're a growing segment. I forget the percentage of the population now--25% perhaps?
