Serious question: what is Cornwelsh cuisine like? The pasties are famous (are they really any good, or just potatoes in crust?), but what other things do you eat there? I am honestly curious.

Obligatory mention that pasties were, in fact, a creation of Devon, Cornwall's neighbouring (and superior) county, in which I happen to have been born. Thanks.

Tintagel has fucking delicious food. Check out Granny Wobbly's if you ever go there. Best fudge in the world. Also a pastry shop. The pasties can't be beat.

But aren't pasties just mashed potatoes with no seasoning, in dough with no seasoning?
