Like hypothetically, if a guy kept dreaming of being the king of the earth, would he start to have the opinions, that he has as a king, in the real world as well?
Like for example, maybe peasants, in this dream world of his, are evil little cunts who do not deserve to live. Would he start to have such opinions about peasants in real life, as in real peasants?

Yes. For example, if a guy kept fantasizing that he were a secret agent with multiple government agencies, and a champion athlete, and a ladies' man, and an international billionaire, then he would probably start to believe it.

I suppose a fantasy world for some is forum moderator, being a pretend king.
Then the person in such fantasy world can elaborate on it. Like claiming to be a 15-year-old school boy with rich parents, servants, and all kinds of fancy things in their life. Then they will go around posting in the forum about their made-up drama all the time.
