Because I over did it with Dinners beyond my Cholesterol limits Fri Sat nite - I decided to go with Pinto beans NO cheese n corn tortillas - Much like a poor Mexican wood have - Did this at noon so it was combo Breakfast/Lunch meal - Super healthy and with the home made Roasted Tomato n roasted red dried chiles n garlic salsa - Was really TERRIFIC lunch with a huge cup of Coffee brewed via Espresso machines - Machines is operative word to get a huge cup of coffee.
