Yeah well I'm speaking from experience too. I have bought a couple of vintage shirts that are similar sizing, but L american sizes I've found to often be larger than XL. I'm talking about measuring armpit to armpit

This is actually not completely true.
I've seen transition photos of people who start in their twenties.
The twenties are more or less a person's last shot at passing, but from what I heard it really relies on what a person has going in and not age. Which is disputed some places, but there are a lucky few who managed to pass starting transition at age 30.
I hope I'm apart of the lucky few.

Isn't that the whole point? When someone transitions they want to be seen and look female not become a whole new person intentionally.
Though this may lead to the person discovering new things about themselves that make them a new person.
