That gave me a smile. It is TC that suggests using the U for thisU AND one can do it on either TC or MC either way

That's a case of frank not implementing additional markup. The software didn't initially have underlining and frank seems to be partial to bbcode style markup. All of my boards have both.

I am so tempted to mention the something Extra that drives becky pure crazy so won't but notice the TC published code does have one extra #beeb00
So edit it out - Not that I had a clue until r04r made the request because I only reviewed codes I used and then tried to mess with TC code on TC and then cross check it here.

That's intentional, to designate the color code of the text. Notice how all the other examples also mention color names. It just happens the #beeb00 doesn't have a nice clean human-readable equivalent name.

What you fail to see is that there is more code then there should be. Its a typo - That HTML markup color code is repeated twice!! You will see it clearly in the Topic
