I don't know. On the one hand, the libertarian half of me says "Fuck the government telling me what I can and cannot put in my body", but then the authoritarian half is telling me "The average person probably wouldn't use this new freedom appropriately and would severely damage society."
I'm definitely in favor of legalizing marijuana, but once I get to meth and heroin, I'm really disinclined to let such hazardous substances be legal for purchase and consumption.

I'm for legalizing weed 100%.
When it comes to hard drugs, they should be decriminalized, but not legal. Addicts should be able to get it cheaply with a prescription like it done in Canada and Switzerland.
This seems to be the best way to handle this right now.

Not only do I think they should be legal, I believe every drug should be available over the counter without a prescription. That's the largest health care cost everywhere in the world.

Why stop at coke then? Heron is less toxic than alcohol. As long as you don't OD and suffocate you don't have any liver or brain damage.
