i assume some caring jewish man wanted to hand out coffee because it's cold and he was let just on the other side of the fence to perform that duty because the large crowd on the other side would make this task difficult. i assume the cops right there are just security and are merely holding the line and so are not busy working a crime scene and so don't mind letting an old man hand out coffee to cold people on a tragic day.
my assumptions follow logical sense based only on the scene we can see, i admit a video showing how the man entered and exited the area would confirm my assumptions, so it actually might not be hard to provide that kind of evidence. Shitass's claim makes some pretty wild assumptions and he provides no method of even confirming any of his suspicions.

This picture is only a snapshot - this Jew was HAPPY for the attack so he can show the Jews standing with France who are becoming more anti-islam.
