Pu'er is a semi-rare, post-fermented tea that is grown here in Yunnan Province. It has many health benefits, not the least of which it is scientifically proven to lower cholesterol.

But what does semi-rare even mean? You can buy Pu-erh tea at like any store catering to Asian people. It's about as rare as kimchee or sriracha.
