If I leave a mirror uncovered, I get creeped out by it and have nightmares about my reflection.

Sometimes I actually do do this. If it is a creepy atmosphere, and I feel like there may be spirits present, and there is a mirror that I can see from the bed, then yes, I will cover it. Mirrors are portals to the spirit realm.

Well, I have a lot of false awakenings, where I think I'm awake but I'm asleep. I also have quite a few hygnagogic hallucinations where I hear screaming and demons talking about me and dreams of an evil demon me in the mirror.

But for now, take some protective measures. First, make an unbroken ring of salt around your bed: maybe put down some plastic to contain the mess. Then, get a cross and hang it over the head of your bed. Then, get some dried sage grass, set it on fire, then quickly blow it out. Go around the house, letting the sage smoke get into every nook and cranny. This will help for a while, until we can banish for good.
