Topic: When you make your own homemade yogurt, how long do you allow it to ferment?
Anonymous A started this discussion 11 years ago #39,064 Assuming you heat it to ferment it (not just at room temperature), how long do you let it ferment? I go 12 hours or more to get a really sour flavor like I prefer. What about you?
