I don't, but I freelance as a Windows/Windows phone dev. and make minimal (read 100ish$/year) pocket money from a few apps I have in the store... it surprises me that they generate any money at all...

I own a "business" happy to discuss generally related business issues. Only recently added staff to cover my ass. I felt for good reasons I was about to lose a key client and for protection I took on a huge amount of business. Now I am not sure if my client will long term survive (It had a prior bankruptcy and recovered) Someone is even trying to bankrupt the company via the stock market which can be done legally.
But in the mean time I end up with far more work load then I can handle so had no choice but to hire people. They are terrific people with all the experience I could ask for. They are however old and fussy and do not really need money. Everyone needs money but I mean they can live without the extra cash. That means I have to spend time stroking their Egos in order to get them to take on more work.
Pain in ass frankly n thanks for letting me vent
