I decided to cook some pork liver tonight, with onions, red and green peppers, and maybe some spring onions. I wanted to do this the other night, but had no time. So, do you like liver? Please answer the poll below.

i think the only liver i've had is fried chicken livers. i'm not sure if i've had any other kind. it was ok.

I am marinating the liver (after cutting it into bite-sized pieces, as Chinese cuisine mandates), in good quality soy sauce, aged vinegar, rice wine, and oyster sauce.

I don't like offal on it's own but added to other meat dishes and stews it's ok. I do like heart and tongue though.

I once had a southern rice dish placed in front of me and liked it a lot before I was told that it was 50% chicken liver. Knowing it's liver shouldn't make a difference, but it does. If another southern bastard tricked me into eating it again I would probably enjoy it though. It's very flavorful.

I have never tried liver.
