If your CSS doesn't work since today then you are likely using an external stylesheet that is loaded over http. You may have noticed the site has switched to fully https-only today, which has the side-effect that non-https resources cannot be loaded anymore.
To fix this problem go to your https://minichan.org/dashboard and change the http:// to https:// under custom stylesheet

Actually, I'll look into providing a server-side fix to force stylesheet access over https

The issue should now be resolved for all custom CSS hosts that support https. The issue will persist for those that do not offer https connections, and there is no easy workaround for this. userstyles.org supports https and is recommended.
