... Was 'Bill Cosby' a slang term for drugs at any point??
I could imagine somebody in a bar drugging someone... and saying "Wait until you meet my friend, Bill Cosby!"
With the memory impairment... Could someone become confused and think they had actually been raped by Bill Cosby??
