Why is it so hard to find the complete source code to ATBBS of any kind? Every upload is missing new_post.php, and all the important .php files

Wait, basically they work as php files, like post.php is a working page but why does new_topic not work out the box as post.php? Where can I link the two or is my server missing something?

The most current codebase of minichan is not available for download because it has not been written with a release in mind. Thus it is a mess and some things are in the code that need to be moved to configuration files before it's possible to make a release. The code is also terrible, and honestly should die. There are better alternatives available. Nevertheless I'll put some effort into making a new release/making the git public in the next few days.

Because it's been forked and re-forked time and time again and lots of versions were either self-nuked or destroyed by KimKim which leads to a lot of really seriously old versions still being around.
The GhoulBBS fork seemed fairly complete-ish (for certain values of complete), but it got derpleeted soon after TinyChan switched to it.

I don't know if it was your one, but I do recall a site that listed lots of ATBBS sites, and I think had an ATBBS board of its own.
AC also had something called Authorized Clown, which I think was some sort of ATBBS board meant for testing.
