I'll give it a start:
Moby Dick: There are several movies. One made-for-TV movie with Sir Patrick Stewart...
Dune: David Lynch did it well, and there was some made-for-TV crap on SyFy...
The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe: Yep. Eddie Izzard played a mouse...
The Bible: A fuckton of movies about both parts
The rest: It's mostly textbooks or scholarly works, so unless someone decides to make Beyond Freedom and Dignity or Object Oriented approaches to Artificial Intelligence using C++ or Assembly Language for Intel-Based Computers or Being and Nothingness into a movie, (I would totally watch the Being and Nothingness movie) I think I'm safe.
EDIT: Douglas Adams' HHGTTG would normally be on my bookshelf, but I recently gave a copy away to someone who needed it.

Ugh, that would probably be a massive list. I share bookshelves with my parents, and we easily have several hundred books. Ain't got no time to go through that all. I guess for the books that I can see right now:
