Topic: Problem making a board using TinyBBS

Hi... I'm a bit new in building pages, and I'm currently trying to make an anonboard using the TinyBBS (that this board uses, I think) just for personal amusement. But when I configure everything as I should, I get an error when try to make a topic in my own board (it says "The page you requested was not found.") . Could this be a MySQL error?

If you ever get it up and running you should try making it an anonymous only board with the ability to post images. I'd definitely post there.

I have both and my .htaccess seems intact, at least it is the same from the Vanilla snap from TinyBBS. (In case someone wants to have test )

Geez, thanks a lot. But now with this snapshot, I install the sql, edit config.php , upload everything and start the page... The page is not even loaded this time. =/
Have anybody tested this one? I'm currently using 000Webhost as a provisory host. Could this be the problem?

Those are free right? Then yes. Free hosts are a POS.

The not loading of pages shouldn't happen though, and people have made it work there in the past, so you must be doing something wrong.

Can someone recommend any paid hosting service with free trial without having to signup putting any credit card number and etc. ? I just want to get it working and costumize the software first. I tried doing it offline installing MySQL console and those stuff, but it's too annoying and tireful.

Thanks for the suggestion. With this I think the problem I was having with the host was a disabled apache module. But now I have the problem seen in the picture. What I should replace for "host"?

AWS is free to some extent, however you should put credit card stuff in order to proceed the "page making" registry (I know it will only be used if the storage or transfer limit is exceeded, but I don't want to do any paying related thing with it).


Anyway, I would really love to have someone helping me to get me making a fully working TinyBBS board, I've been trying it over weeks and now that I'm getting close I can't get past a blank page because of some stupid error that I'm not managing to fix! =( You people make it look so easy and I've been having all this trouble... Broken SVN maybe?


Does anyone have a clue about the log I posted above?
