I could try and answer the question with Logic 101 or Math 101
Baby Boomer rode in on shoulders of parents who made it easy for them. Kinda spoon fed. More jobs then bodies could fill and basically lazy as fuck and more in2 self fulfillment. Just ripe pickings for wall street clowns to take down for the count. Baby boomers not brite nuff to be politically savvy. So boomers have cash in wallet ripe for a bubble as housing market collapses and rips all that money rite out of Boomers wallets. Boombs not so much so brite as bank accounts empty. All that mostly free great education without much debt ''Other then helping fleece Gov bank accounts and driving them in2 world wide debt. Education all of a sudden limited to no clue about Bubbles that break.
Millennial's? They come along wading through this collapse of economy and expect somehow to be equipped by education which all of a sudden is super costly to get. And if they get it the chances are they were clueless about any tools re education that wood help them navigate in this new world order.
The only Millennials who stand a chance are those driving in2 full on tech world. Baby boomers could build cars and now only robots going to do that. Millennials will design bigger better robots and the worker bees not so much need anymore.
Given that few can now afford paying off an education UNLESS they get the top paying positions in fields that are mostly very high teck
So a few pot holes ahead for Millennials. Staggering national debts in USA Eu. Planet Pollution may be over the top and not recoverable re climate change. Food will be harder to grow and weather changes will require a lot more then Millennials are equipped for. A whole lot of Millennials are going to continue to graduate and discover there education does not match employer needs and end up moving in with Baby Boomer parents.
Back when the Baby Boomers decided to go to college - it was catch as catch can. I am going to go for a degree in XYZ. Seems interesting but few if any said to selves - I can do this for a life time as I practice XYZ and fill wallet. No basic drive or interest yet for a long time that worked. Lots of teachers taught school and few of them enjoyed that work and the results end up as Baby Boomers ill equipped when Bubble crashed. Only the bankers made out like bandits. Hell I personally profited by grabbing houses/condos on the dirt cheep and even below material costs with land tossed in just so banks could get that stuff off the books quickly.
Gen X? Boomers rode on the shoulders of - Millennials end up so much in debt with school costs that the Boomers can only help by providing long term housing as unexpected.
Lots of Millennials will make it but only the very tek savvy. People who build cars? All that is outsourced - People who built anything is now outsourced to dirt cheep Asia labor
And by the time this is all sorted out - Will be hard to find clean air to breath or a place on planet with good weather to live - Long term of course.

the way syntax makes it sound, i think, it would be idiotic for anyone to say millennials. At the same time though, i am lucky enough to live a comfortable life even though i am unemployed.

Yikes. To say that means you read it top to bottom. It wood have had even more repeats but I did a fast edit. Also its common to repeat mathematical terms on either side of the equation and then to edit them out - I notice math in string theory tends to leave the excess alone and that does have value.
I could justify repeats as having some value but that is probably just bs to cover my sloppy multi-tasking tracks. I could have added - Millennials in theory should be more better then Baby Boomers at Multi-tasking.
Now if only I could get a room full of managers to make up their minds about what I am supposed to do with their property Do I leave it glitchy and keep it cash producing or do they let me do as I suggested and shut it down for about 12 hours to cool way off and see if re-heating will make it better or worse - At least its not my decision to make this go round.
