You might want to re-think that. Here on the coast no one : NO ONE : owns enough land. Not even Mitt Romney who paid $12 million for all you see (currently torn down to change 3000 sq feets in2 11,000 sq feets with elevator to park car. Thing will probably be worth $45 Million but with even much less land. God ain't making anymore land here and she is been taking some of it away from my neighbors.
Friends make great visitors but when visit is down YOU really might not like them so close as to just drop on in.
