It's a good system. As a long-running but small forum, we have lots of trustworthy users we can give mod powers, and they do not have too much to moderate.

As an observer I can tell you several pretend they do. They have becum clones of Kimmo Johan Alm, and demand to be Mod sperling police of MC.

I was kind of joking, but since you asked:
5 "full mods" (Becky, Foxygen, fake_anon, Meta, r04r). They can delete, edit, stick, pretty much anything
3 partials that can mostly just delete, their permissions vary from person to person.
1 that can only do the mod hyperlink for the lulz
Note that all mod actions are logged and that nearly all actions can be rolled back.
