i really do feel bad for them, it's a real tragedy that their child would get mixed up in criminal activity. He was a real big guy, 6'4" tall and almost 300 lbs. He was a big intimidating guy and he was going around stealing cigars and pushing people around. I mean that's assault! If the little chinese fella in that video he shoved around had called the cops on him he could have pressed charges! And you can see right before he leaves he turns around and "bulks up" and starts to act like he's going to hit him, i mean he was getting pretty aggressive. It didn't look like the first time he'd used his size and bulk to intimidate people and take what he wants. And that's on the same day he refused to comply with a police officers order, interfered with an officer in performance of his duty, assaulted him, and then- to top it off, he tried to wrestle away the cops gun, and unless i'm mistaken trying to take a cops gun is an assumption of attempted murder. There's an assumption that taking an officers gun will result in your using it on them. I may be wrong with the legalish, but, i mean... c'mon!
I'm sorry their son died, but wasn't an honor student walking home from school and shot in the back. He was a big, violent, law-breaking dude and he had no interest, at least on that day, of the possible repercussions. Maybe they "brought him up right" and did everything correctly and really that is a tragedy that he became that sort of person. But he did.
Stop blaming the police for enforcing the laws that make for a civil society because your culture encourages criminal behavior. blame his peers, his friends he was running with. You saw that one friend up there, the one with him that day (stealing cigars and assaulting Chinese people) on TV saying how "this isn't finished." And i'm like, motherfucker your friend died because the two of YOU were running the streets stealing cigars and breaking laws! Don't blame the fucking cop, blame your friend's irresponsible and criminal behavior!
And fuck off you little cigar stealing, asian assaulting twat! You should be in fucking jail you little punk. How many laws did you two break together? How much shit did y'all steal, how many people did you rob or beat up? Maybe you're just mad they killed your giant bear of a friend and now probably the whole neighborhood is going to kick your wormy little ass for hiding behind Big Mike for all those years.
i'm done with this shit

Bullshit. Someone who has already been shot 5 times, does not need to then be killed.

As a former police officer, I have firsthand knowledge that proves you wrong. Especially if one of those little 9mm was used. Unless you hit a vital organ, it would just make a bulk like him mad.

I doubt you are a former policeman. In any case, he shot fucking 12 times, and 6 of them hit him. He had pepper spray and a tazer. Why do US cops always go for the kill as the first resort?

unless guns somehow aren't those magical things on TV that make people die the instant a bullet penetrates their skin. Look at any instance where a cop has to discharge a firearm and you'll generally see it take many multiple shots to incapacitate a person. Almost never just one.
in fact 1 shot looks like you intended on killing him. 6 looks like you tried to incapacitate before having to deal a fatal shot. but anyway cops don't do the whole incapacitate them with bullets thing. thats a TV movie thing.
cops are trained to make kill shots. If a cop is shooting you his goal IS to kill you, 1 shot, 6 shots, doesn't matter. Once the hammer falls the goal is to kill you, not wound and hope it stops you. so you're wrong. If 5 shots doesn't kill them then the cops just hasn't fired enough shots yet. The goal IS to KILL YOU, so don't say he "didn't need to then be killed" because yes, yes he did.

So you admit that cops love to shoot and kill, rather than use far safer methods? Thanks for proving me right about cops.

Why would a Tazer or pepper spray not have worked? Answer: it would have worked.

they are trained to use the self defense method that best suits the situation. If the cop felt that lethal force was required then that's why he didn't reach for a defensive measure he deemed unsuitable.
So like if you're about to be attacked and killed and you have a choice between a pillow with which to whollop them and a gun with which to shoot them are you going to see if maybe hitting him in the face with the pillow first will be effective? Or are you going to go for the weapon you feel best suits the situation?
Also in many situations pepper spray and tazers are used first and are the appropriate choice, but you're not talking about those, you're just taking any officer who discharges their gun and saying "well why didn't you use pepper spray?" And the answer is because the officer used a level of force deemed appropriate to the situation. And yes, sometimes cops do fuck up, like the cop in dallas who was recently arrested for illegally shooting a black kid in a car.
but i bet you have no idea that a cop was even jailed for something like that. really? in america? be still my heart

dude, mace and pepper spray are things that you can grow acclimated to, by the way, and also if you've never been sprayed it's like not that bad unless it's right in your eyes and it fucks with your vision. The rest is easy to suffer thorough, it's not like you're immobilized or incapacitated by it. you can still run, you can still fight.
Also tazers are one shot and can miss... also tazers are way less effective on people who are over 165 lbs or whatever. You can taze a big dude and he'll just walk that shit off.
source: personally i've been peppersprayed during a fistfight by a dude's GF and all it did was make my really really mad, and i've seen people take a tazer like a champ. i've seen it knock people to the ground, but i've also seen people fight back against the tazing. I think you think these non-lethal deterrents are actually more than just deterrents. Neither of those things are guaranteed to incapacitate or immobilize. You know what is guaranteed to work? Guns and bullets.

i used to be the type of person who would get into fist fights, but that was a long time ago and i've grown up a lot since then. I have a very... checkered past.

Actually, I was trained to use the least amount of force nessisary to control the situation. I Didn't have a tazer or pepper spray, just a nightstick and my service weapon. In this situation I would have shot him also.

No, you haven't. You're a wimp and a liar. You've never been in any fistfights. You've run away crying and deserted your friends whenever threatened.
@513,087 (Omen !!gg89Kgn2v)
You were never a police officer and you have no training. What a pathetic loser you are, trying to score points through lies and grandiose claims.
