I hadn't been for about two months, what a waste of membership :( Anyway here is what I did today. And yes... I'm weak, and fat. It's sorta entry-level.

Rowing machine - Max resistance. 1500m
Chest Press 35kg 2x12
Assisted chin ups 80kg 2x12
Knee extensions 25kg 2x12
Treadmill 1km in quickest time
Leg curler 25kg 3x12
Seated row 35kg 3x12
Elliptical/cross-trainer 5min
Torso twist 20kg 3x12
Ankle touches (sit ups) 50.

Cool down: 10 relaxed lengths of the pool.

What do you think

You did more exercise than I do in a week.

Bro! I meant to ask you earlier in the IRC if you had been working out recently. I took a pretty long break from it as well, but have been running and biking again these past few days. I'm ridiculously sore. Glad to hear that you're trying to get back into it as well though. Check this link out. They're what I do instead of regular/standard sit ups and they're waaay more effective. Your workout seems good though, just try to keep up with it. That's what I'm attempting to do at least.

I think it's great that you're starting again, but the exercises themselves seem kinda chaotic to me. :/

Yeah? It was the program the trainer at the gym gave me.

I think you should drop the non-word 'fora' and I may be obliged to sensibly reply to your threads. Also, shitting dick nipples.

To 'miss' anything contributed to a forum IRL, is the sign of some serious mental issues.

God you are retarded.
You assume people are here 24/7 -- protip: they arent, and subsequently miss micro conversations between people at large.
Dont be embarassed for being a basement beta faggot though.

OP, really? Is that all the weight you can manage in those exercises? I have a routine kinda similar to yours (http://bunker.minichan.org/topic/3532) but I put the weights up a ton. Also doesn't seem to be any (decent) exercises for your arms?

Homestar !RUNNERV7vk (OP) replied with this 15 years ago, 17 minutes later, 8 hours after the original post[^] [v] #69,385

@previous (H)
Yes, it is sadly all I can manage right. My problem is I go through periods of being depressed and unmotivated during which I don't do any exercise whatsoever. During this time any muscle I've built up disappears - quicker than you'd think.

As for arms... well they're sore right now lol. Chest press, assisted chin ups, and seated row for arms.
