A standard breakfast for me is some sort of spread on toast. I happen to really like marmite, it's grate on a grilled cheese sandwich, and I use a teaspoon of it instead of a stock cube when I cook.

NZ marmite is superior to UK marmite. I survived marmageddon by switching to vegemite briefly but it is not as nice.
