Major difference for me this year. No matter where I have been work wise on Planet Earth I have always gathered with GF's (2) my very best friend on Planet Earth and ended up in either Tucson Az or San Francisco to join a Gal who used to make fantastic music for all of her life and lives between SF and Az for political reasons. She can no longer sing a note and my best friend passed away a few weeks ago.
So this years it me and GF's(2) who will stay at home for first time and do our own from scratch Thanksgiving - Weather is expected to be in 70's. Turkey is a Briney thing from Trader Joe's on reserve as fresh n they sell it only that one way Brined. They promise its not going to turn out extra salty. If so we will dump it and rush out to find a place for dinner out - Wood rather keep my tears at home

I wood do pot more often and one day will. But that day will b when my willy no longer goes wood. Just once and only once in my life - a new gal offered me some powerful weed to smoke just b4 that moment we then ended up in bed for I think maybe the 3rd time in relationship - Weed was over the top and me make no wood. She fyne with that butttttt We males want what we want when we want it.
Not making wood said to me - Only pot when there is not a chance I need what I need Otherwise if you see my point (pun intended)

It helps me deal with arthritic pain. Not that it curbs the pain but that it makes me not care so much about it.
And I just love getting high. I've done it for a lot of years and I've managed to become successful so fuck it.

I suggest to friends with arthritic pain - More fresh cold water fish in diet or even canned Salmon - Sardines and not that farm raised Salmon or any farm raised fish. Or Omega 3 capsules of a Quality kind. I do the fish and capsule for my Genetic Cholesterol program. Its a powerful healthy way to reduce joint inflammation on a long term use basis. So look that up on web and you will also find a lot of women take Flax seed products in many forms - For the Omega 3 as well as other reasons. I should do Flax myself but its on a list I have yet to get2
Neighbors of mine the SRF Church people who are Vegans do that Flax seed/oil and other natural remedies for Arthritic conditions. I surf with a few who are of my age and the ocean in colder months - they come out with the endorphins that reduce that pain BUTTT later when Endorphins wear off, they make a tea with Flax and other items people from India use to reduce inflammation. Tomorrow will ask them what that rest of the tea consists of.

I'll meet up with my vegan socialist and queer friends, we'll smoke some weed and eat a lot. I'm contributing a smoked seitan ham-like thing and maybe I'll roast a bunch of Brussels sprouts.
On Friday I'll meet up with those folks again for some crafting and reading. We will eat a bunch more leftovers.
On Saturday I'm meeting up with other socialist vegan friends for another potluck.
