according to this, pepsi sales bring in billions more of profit then coke. Even though coke sells more, and pepsi is generally cheaper.

So what is happening?

'Pepsi' doesn't just sell Pepsi-Cola.

They are also: Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Lay's, Gatorade, Tropicana, 7 Up, Doritos, Lipton Teas, Quaker Foods, Cheetos, Mirinda, Ruffles, Aquafina, Pepsi Max, Tostitos, Sierra Mist, Fritos, and Walkers.
